If she'd listened to her father Major Klimpt, Winifred would have become a nice housewife. But the Klimpts have been soldiers for generations. Unable to go against her army genes, Winnie defies her father's wishes and enlists in the Junta so she can fight and keep family traditions alive and kicking.

These light-hearted, loudmouthed fighters are as nimble in their actions as they are in their wisecracks. As supporters of a strong regime, these soldiers have decided to bring society into line, starting by shaving the heads of the wimpy youth. In the long term, they’d be more than happy to take over the running of the government from those “bunch of morons”.

Winifred - a 4/8 (with bonus) with no ability

    - Victory would lead to 8 damage (10 with fury), much more then half your opponents life
    - Low 4 attack means you are gonna have to add a lot of pills to achieve that victory
    - 4 stars is quite a lot of space.

A less then decent beginner card, but there are a lot of lvl3 cards better then this
Save for Emeth, Burger, or Chiro instead of getting this card.
Rating: 3/10 - low power kills it

    Lvl 1: 3/1
    Lvl 2: 3/3
    Lvl 3: 3/5
    Lvl 4: 4/6

    ability: none
    bonus: damage +2

-with 4 power there is not much you can do with this card other then bluffing
-can sometimes make a good 4th round ko card in tight situations
-easily replaced by bryan or even wardgo
-downside: 4 power and no ability makes this a tough card to fit into a deck
-overall this is a good card for beginers but as you get more expirienced you would find it better to upgrade to somehting else

The top comment should be removed now that the artwork changed and she is not, by any means, ugly in level 3. Also, I think they should buff all those older cards so that they see at least a bit of use xD

With 6 pillz, the bonus, and fury on the first round, she can pretty much screw over your opponent, (10 damage) but don't use her that way if you know you'll need the pillz later.

She goes from tomboy soldier girl to babe. Final card looks fairly hot. She also goes from agressive to nice, oddly enough.
