While exploring the Lost World, I came across a little ankylosaurus, who was so cute that I just had to bring him home with me! Brutus is a bit jealous of Djet, but I’m sure he’s pleased to have a new playmate. 3 months: That idiot Mim made the most of the fact that we were away to try and cook Djet. My poor baby! 6 months: Rex Sweig has started to train Djet to turn him into our loyal pet. So far, he’s showing great promise. 1 year: Djet is just growing and growing. He almost crushed Brutus today. One and a half years: Scarol had tracked down the last living dodos… But Djet ate them all. 2 years: My baby went into town on his own for the very first time. He came back covered in blood! Fortunately, not his own, but it took me a good hour to get him cleaned up. - Impera Sloane’s journal

When a plane taking prisoners from Clint City to a new jail mysteriously disappeared, the Government was quick to hush it up. The truth is that following a strange breakdown, the plane disappeared into thin air in the Saudi desert to later crash in a lost world where Jurassic wildlife still prospered. Forced to come together under the leadership of Clint City’s two most notorious criminals, the surviving prisoners battled against the hostile environment and ended up climbing the food chain. Now united under the name of the Raptors, the prisoners are back in town with lots of new “friends”. They know full well that their plane was sabotaged and no law is going to stop them in their quest for vengeance!

It's not the best 5* in Raptors at all. Power Exchange of 4 is pretty powerful but it's vulnerable to many strong power reducers like Aamir, Robb Cr, Mona etc, who either demolish his power or tie him and beat him with stars. Cancel power manip is a huge weakness too, but it's a little rarer. But the all too common SOA entirely murders him as he has no support, SOA + power or attack manip? He's screwed. He can get DRed of course.

But he's a force to be reckoned with in T2 and T3, especially with a 9 power meta. Man, this card shuts down 9 power so hard, because 9 powered cards almost never have back up abilities like power or attack manipulation because their base power is assumed to be strong enough. To those cards, Djet laughs in their faces and with 4 pillz forces them to go 9 or take a nasty 7 pill hit.

Sorry I meant '7 lifepoint' hit. As you can see my comment was produced in haste.

Furthermore I need to elaborate on other weaknesses. Djet is mainly weak to big power manipulators in general, not just reducers. For example, Copper Cr will melt Djet into nothing, becoming a 9/8 to Djet's 4/7. Sopriket?.... poor Djet. 13/4 to 1/7. Literally 0 pill and Djet literally can't win against her.

Which is why Djet is best in T2 and T3. Because generally T3 and T2 are focused by more stably statted cards instead of gimmicky big manipulation, low powered cards as in T1. Such as Dr Web and Aamir, Sopriket, Sparkle etc. And in those formats this card is terrifying because of his bonus too.

He's not too shaky, unlike alot of big power manipulation cards Djet isn't weak to attack manipulation for two reasons - usually he'll have decent power except against his 1 specific weakness (who he'd lose to anyway), and b) he's a damn RAPTOR! That's what his bonus covers smiley

So yes, Djet is a T2/3 card who needs to watch for SOA and power manipulators. And try use him against 9 powered cards. At least, if you see one, know that Djet will always be a horrific threat and it can help you predict how your enemy will play to avoid it. Happy Djeting.

There's something uncanilly hilarious about Sloane, the silent, stern, badass, second-in-command of Raptors has use words like "cute", "playmate", "baby" & ect in her diary.
