First internships can be a difficult time for young students. But fortunately, Pastor’s grand-daughter, Bulma, has come out of hers with flying colors! Always focused, committed and hard-working, this meticulous young woman is a worthy match of some of the clan’s greatest rescue workers. What a pleasure to see someone of her tender young age obtain a job through sheer talent rather than walking in through the back door.

    Bulma is a really good Rescue card.
    8 Pwr is awesome (made even better with the bonus), her ability is great since it stops 'Rescue Destroyers' like Fisty Cent, Aegis, Djet, and Mortenzen, and her 5 damage is acceptable considering her ability (and Rescue aren't really damage heavy anyways). On top of that, her semievo 3* is useable as well. (Her 4*… not so much)

    But, she has competition.
    As a 5*: Arms and Pastor are more defensive, while Marco Cr and Captain Rescue are reliable round winners. But Bulma is arguably more stable then them, being able to counter all pwr and dmg manips, at the cost of damage. But in Survivor, there is no reason why you couldn't use all of them (and Serafina, since she is not banned there).

    As a 3*: Really, this is just up to user preference. Personally would use 3* Scoler (counters -attk manip), Kompact (8 pwr as a 3*), and occasionally Wesley (mainly in Tourney) over her. But I believe she is a reasonable replacement for Buckler and Elvira.

    As for lore, I like to think Bulma is so incompetent, that even the other clans are shocked. smiley

    Rescue, Power 8, solid 5 damage, cancelling power and damage manipulation. Hey! This is usable. Not epic, but usable.
    Decent common 5 star. Ask that question for Wolf....
