Silent, observant and calm, Hilal is in Clint City to do some cleaning, but with extreme finesse. Except that after having invested in the city’s carwash with her blood sisters, she’s discovered the world of cars. These damned bangers with their bad smells and noisy engines have got a habit of putting her in a bad mood. So, farewell finesse and strategy… Her fits of rage are a sight to be seen, and you sure can count on her to give your car a thorough “going over”, and if you’re lucky, you might even to get to go home on foot…

The volcanic island, a luxuriant paradise in danger. 20 years after the mysterious explosion that killed all the men from their tribe, the Komboka women are now facing a new scourge from Clint City: rising water levels spewing out a continent of waste onto their coastlines. With no hope for the future, these merciless warriors, led by the Four Sisters, cross the ocean to massacre all those responsible for this outrage.

Whoa, slow down a second UR. You are telling me the Komboka, the clan who will “cross the ocean to massacre all those responsible for this outrage”, came to Clint City and one of their first thoughts was ‘we should invest in a car wash!’ Where did the clan, who scrounges around through the trash, get the money? What do they do with the profits? Do they have sales? (Today only, with every purchase of a super-wash and wax coating you get a *free* guarantee we won’t kill you and steal your stuff! Or your money back!) Does the carwash act as a HQ, or Is it just a money maker for them?
I haven’t had this many questions since Mou was released.

Slight error in the description, last sentence.

@Lunar Hutson - to answer your question, I think they just destroy the cars. As for how they got the money, liberal use of the imagination is encouraged smiley

Great card. 8 power 5 life gap, only can lose 2 to DR, 1 to SOA, 1 to SOB, only 3 stars, and also has +2 net pillz action.
So solid. Might get chronic ELO bans once in the game long enough. 10/10.

Clan is really strong thus far.

Gonna try to review a card for first time:

    Power: 8
    Damage: 3
Ability: -1 Opp. Pillz And Life, Min 0
    Bonus: +1 Pillz And Life
    Stars: 3

Needless to say the card is good.
3 stars make it useable against Equalizer and a close win against hive is a dream come true because of the Pillz manipulation
Beats Dudley Ld (staple for nightmare atm) pill for pill.

Stops are no problem. Since ability is pretty much same bonus means stop bonus == to stop ability for Hilal and still you get at least 1 pill and life advantage. Atm full stops are mostly with weaker Power or same power but more stars therefore Hilal wins against most of them pill by pill.

Because of the Pillz manipulation this card is pretty much immune to attack manipulation as well. Pill for Pill it may loose but against attack manipulation your target is those golden +2 pills difference.

After playing a bit with Hilal I noticed that people tend to overpill against her. Maybe because players are still getting used to play against her, but every time when I build her attack to 56 (7 pills) I lost the round and with 64 almost always win the perfect round (win by star difference or 1-5 attack difference). So you can use this also as a bluff but only if you open the match.

Dmg reducers doesent hurt her much as well. Sure you can lose up to 2 dmg but you still destroy pills.

So in the beginning you have the choice to bluff or overpill a bit to win but if you decide to keep her for round 3 Hilal can be a true game changer. -1 pill with min of 0 is no joke. In most cases your opponent wont have a choice to maneuver.

The flexibility of this card is insane. The ability ain`t flashy enough to get banned and yet it can make such a huge difference.

After all said normal rating would be 9/10
BUT this card is staple for the clan atm and I believe that won`t change for awhile. Staple for mono and dual decks there for me personally this one is 10/10

@Lunar Hutson The car wash facility is more likely their HQ. It may seem like a weird choice for an HQ, but sth similar happened to Hive when they arrived in Clint City, they just took as an HQ the first place they saw/arrived to: The Planetarium

Also, even tho it was clearly stated that the Komboka women are up to revenge in the city, I don't think they would just rampage and kill everything and everyone at first sight. They may use the car wash as an HQ and income source, to buy supplies and food for the clan, while they try to find their answers and massacre the ones guilty for it.

Very good base power card of 8 for a 3 star card. Ability is really strong. Mediocre damage but her ability makes up for it. Would be a good card in a Typ1 and ELO deck. One of the best 3 star cards in her clan.
