During the school holidays the Freaks circus stages a special children’s show in the afternoons. And all of Clint City’s favorite performers are on the line-up: the man-eating big cats, the furious gladiators and of course, Piotr and his balloons.

If Piotr wins the fight, the number of Life points of the player controlling the opposing character will be reduced by 3, or up to a minimum of 0.

Having been around in Clint City since anyone can remember, the Freaks Circus offers unbelievable daytime shows for you and your kids, including fire breathers, knife throwers, big cats and magicians! But when night falls, the show turns into something quite different which, let’s just say, is not recommended for the weak at heart… Come see the Freaks; you're in for a big surprise!!!

Piotr - 7/2 with -3 opp life, min 0 (ability) and Poison 2, min 3 (bonus)

    - A solid 7 power, which is always helpful. Especially for the ever-solid Freaks
    - -3 opp life is wonderful, especially for a clan like the Freaks
    - Piotr is like the "lockdown" card, the card that ensures victory for you. Lets pretend after a first round poison and a turn of wait, your opponent is at 5 . Piotr can easily kill your enemy if they have no DR assuming you have the pills). But if they have DR, you simply wait another turn and bam, they're at 3, and now, any amount of DR don;t save them. (in a perfect game, of course. Don;t happen each time)
    - In conclusion, Piotr is a great 3rd or 4th turn card, which is quite rare for the Freaks.
    - However, because of this, Piotr can be a surprise poisoner, as your opponent might expect yo to play him earlier and not in response to one of his attackers

    - All Stops make his card pretty weak, damage wise. SoA makes this card less useful on the later rounds.
    - A LOT of competition.

Overall: 7.5/10. Piotr is a great card with great opportunities in a great clan. That said, he is up against Olga, Olga Noel, Akendram, and Mira (to name a few). Piotr may be your 1st-2nd favorite 3* and you may use him to victory forever, or he may be ignored for his competition. Up to your playing style smiley .

Kenaron: Kindly I say "don't asure things until you haven't tested them", yup I have the same thought but after a test with praxie + freaks, I discovered that the -life and poison :

    a)happen the same time
    b)the last thing is poison

Anyway that means that you cant KO if your opponent is poisoned and has 7 life, it would reduce him to 2 life, not 0. Rate green

Unfortunately for Piotr, his -3 life is applied BEFORE the poison. This greatly limits his abilities and usefulness.

I note that at one point, Eyrik and Ongh did not together take a character down to 5 power as one would assume, but instead Eyrik applied first. This was changed, as this was an counterintuitive interaction. So it was my hope that Piotr's interaction with the freaks poison would have changed, but this is not the case. Damage happens first, then poison, then life loss. Otherwise Piotr would be an amazing character, since you could lead with Pyro and then KO the next round without fury. Oh Freaks, will you ever catch a break?

I'm gonna have to agree with XCodeBreakerX on this one. Piotr is better than people give him credit for. His only problem is he has so much competition (albeit very little that's cheap). I don't usually do reviews, but I gotta throw in my two cents here.

    * 7 Power's pretty solid. Of course, it's not 8, but with 8, we'd have a slightly better Praxie here
    * Potential for 5 damage? And he's 3 stars? YES PLEASE! This means he KOs after Baldovino, Daqun, Splata Cr and Oren and 1 turn of poison, or Erpeto, Cassandra and Rhyno without ANY poison, and that's just the 5*s we're talking about here. (Although I notice UR doesn't count life removal to 0 as a KO)
    * Ability has that fantastic minimum of 0. I don't think I need to explain why 3 damage that gets around popular ELO blockers like Uranus and Spiaghi is good.
    * Going off the above point, he's great in Round 1 if you know they're going to block your poisoner. This is more of a T2 thing, where DR decks with Graks, Uranus, Dwan and the like are seen occasionally (Speaking from experience here. Freaks can make some great T2 decks, but they get screwed over royally by Graks and Uranus), getting at least 4 damage in
    * 3 stars, he doesn't take up much space in ELO decks
    * REALLY cheap by comparison to Olga, Akendram, etc.

Cons: (I am NOT gonna list Stoppers as a con. It's not a con for Piotr. It's a pro for Stoppers. If everything is hurt by it, it isn't really a con)
    * He has no manipulation, attack or power, to help him win his rounds
    * Competition in Olga, Olga Noel, Akendram, etc.
    * Um.... 7 Power isn't 8?

As far as a rating goes, I'm gonna split the difference with the 2 already here and say 8.0/10. He's cheap, he's solid and he would be higher if it weren't for so much competition. If you can afford Olga or Akendram, use them over him. If not, he's a good choice and a nice finisher.
