Son of Naliah, queen of the amphibian people of Aquanis, and some random sailor (Smokey Cr’s name has been mentioned), on coming of age Numar decided to explore the world above the sea to see if it was really how it looked on his favorite TV show. Panic breaks out on Clint Beach! But after a few difficulties in fitting in, he’s now of course decided to join the Ulu Watu.

Global warming has a devastating effect on the best spots: snow has become a rare commodity and waves are so violent they can't be surfed... And so the fight begins to urge the government to take into account environmental considerations or, at the very least, to build more skate-parks...

    Sure, cooler art, but really.. 50K for this? Eddie, with just one less damage, is capable of doing 3 times the healing that Numar can, if used at the first round. I'd much rather save 45K, and get Eddie :/

    The game is no longer newbie friendly...
    Inflation of the market is not being countered with a growth of "income" i.e. UR still gives out 5-15 clints per game. How do u expect new players to do anything ?
    Ok, people might say, buy credits. But how many credits do you think they should buy to atleast get a decently priced card, over which they can base their whole deck ?
    The older players are getting richer, by hoarding cards and manipulating the market, and leaving newer ones in the dust.
    Trust me UR staff, u need to study economics of the real world a BIT.

    Today is 22/06/2012 and this card's price is 44K.

    Oh man, 44K. I'm playing UR for a while and there are very rare things I couldn't udnerstand. And one of them is that:
    HOW THE PEOPLE ARE PAYING 44K to this card?

    Let's compare him with the other Ulu Watu 4*.
    Buck 7K. Buck can be 9-7 card if it can use it's both bonus and ability, but Numar is 8-4 with +2 life. Buck is more useful than Numar, since most of Ulu watu cards lacks high damage. You can 2HKO with Buck most of the Ulu Watu 5 stars without fury, but you can't do it with Numar. Different cards, but I prefer Buck when I think the other Ulu Watus.

    Lucia 1.5K. Numar is better than Lucia anyday. On the other hand, the prices are too different too.

    Zack 0.7K. Numar is better than Zack anyday. On the other hand, the prices are too different too.

    Wee Lee 15K. Wee Lee is also an overpriced card, but since it's high damage and being a rare damage reducer in Ulu Watu roster the people pays it for him. Wee Lee is more offensive card than Numar, the choice depends to your playing style. I would choice Wee Lee.

    Shayna 8K. When you play Shayna in first round it becomes 11-5 card. If you have Ambre, it has 14 power. 5 damage is also better than Numar. 11-5 Shayna instead of 10-4 Numar. 42 life doesn't make Numar better than Shayna. Shayna is my choice.

    Eddie 1.5K. And the most critical one. Eddie is a replacement for Numar and it's better than Numar. Eddie 8-3 and Numar 8-4. Eddie's ability is much better than Numar's if you wouldn't play him in last round. If you win the first round with Eddie, you will gain +6 life during fight. (or it will complete you to 13 which is enoguh to win). If you win a round with Numar, you will only get +2 life 1 time. Numar can be better than Eddie in only against SOA, since it has 1 more damage. But other else, Eddie is much better (AND CHEAP) for defensive players.

    No need to compare with Razor and Coraille since they are too weak and cheap.

    As you see, you're paying 44K to the 4th (or 5th) best 4* Ulu Watu card. Please see the fact and don't pay that money to that card. Please Rate green to move up.

    Everyone seems to think he's Poseidon, but I'm pretty sure he's supposed to be, or at least was partially inspired by Namor the Sub-Mariner. A quote taken from Namor's wiki page: "The mutant son of a human sea captain and of a princess of the mythical undersea kingdom of Atlantis" Sounds pretty similar, no?

    Numar = namor. nobody thought of that

    numar = nu mar
    nu = in
    mar = sea

    So its more like in the sea

    Stop complaining about his price. It's high because there huge amounts of him. If you look at cheap Rare cares, there's usually numerous on the market. With Numar, there's just 60 (as i'm writing this comment).
    It's has a lot to do with supply and demand.
    Few available = higher price.
    Many available = lower price.

    @Chef Mike I always thought so, too, until you mentioned it in a way that implies he doesn't have four arms.

    My first name is also Michael, so I think people with our names just can't see arms correctly. It's a curse.

    Base Power and Dmg: 8/4
    Ability: +2 Life
    Bonus: +2 Power

    - 8 Power (10 with bonus which is amazing for a 4*)
    - Ability is good (Creates a +6 Life Gap, +8 with fury)
    - SOB doesn't hurt him too much
    - Great for elo (but IMO is also playable in T2 if you know how to use him)
    - Art is cool smiley

    - Dmg is low for a 4* (but this is expected since he is on the Ulu Watu)
    - SOA hurts his dmg output
    - Price is way too high currently (50k clintz, wow haha)
    - Dmg reduction REALLY hurts Numar

    Type 2: 7/10
    Elo: 9/10

    This guy is meant more for elo. Infact a staple card for any Ulu Watu elo deck (whether mono or dual) IMO. But that doesn't mean he is not playable in Type 2 as a lot of people are saying. He's still got great power and an okay ability to survive in Type 2. But obviously both, his power and ability will shine much better in elo mode.

    Buck can get owned if SOAed or SOBed. Shayna has to wait for her courage, and worse yet SOA can ruin her. Eddie is quite the competition with Numar because of the price difference. For now I would choose Eddie, until Numar's price drops.

    This card is far too expensive
    8/4 +2 Life , uh +2 Life is kinda so-so, while 4 damage is kinda pointless for 4 stars

    On the other hand,Eddie with his "terrible 3 damage" is much better because he CAN HEALS and get MUCH MORE LIFE than Numar ,Eddie is really good for Defensive deck or even Offensive,while Numar is so-so for Offensive or Defensive
    Seems UR made Eddie so player can forgot Numar and Noone is wasting their Clintz to buy a Not-So-Good card

    Use in T2?And what about Wee Lee??? This card is much worse than Wee Lee of course, I'll take 7/6 over 8/4 anytime,even if the 8/4 can give you life, Wee Lee simply packs 6 damage and can lands safety net of -2 Opp damage min 1 if he loses
    Eddie is also better in T2

    I'll rather think to save one stars and Get Serena,Stanly,Lulabee or Hikiyousan in ELO than use this card , I AM HONEST

    I dont care about his price , I dont care if he drops to 1000 clintz,I don't care if he went CR tomorrow,I dont care if the week is a SOA Week with Shakra+Jackie Cr+Ratanah+Hawk suddenly Unbanned for a week, I'll use Eddie over this card, JUST LOOK AT EDDIE AND LOOK AT THEIR COMMENTS ABOUT EDDIE
    I AM REALLY HONEST smileysmileysmiley Hahaha

    Eddie is cheap and only effective when he isn't going against soa and when he's used in the first round. Numar has one more damage and gives you health that same round making him useful for all rounds including the last round. Eddie and Numar are like the 4* Jessie and Lorreta although in that situation people perfer Jessie...... idk it confuses me and makes my head hurt thinking about it. And his price is high because he's a solid rare card and there are not too many are on the market. He'better in a pinch anyways n hes gotten me good elope scores unlike Eddie.
