We’ve had a problem on customer support of which we only were aware today. We didn’t receive e-mails sent to our addresses such as support-en@urban-rivals.com.
The bug is fixed, we received more than 1000 e-mails stuck for many years and it does not indicate when we received them.
These requests, besides the date, don't indicate player’s ID either.
I’m going to answer them all because we always answer to all requests and this first batch of answers will be to ask you your ID. If your request is recent or if you still think it is pertinent to reply, don’t hesitate to do it. 
Due to this problem, I’ll take more time to reply to all the petitions. I’m sorry for that.
