The moderation team

Moderators are volunteer players who keep the community welcoming, each in their own language.

They moderate the forum and the Clubz, can help you with game questions, and can point you to the right place. You can contact one directly by private message — pick someone who speaks your language.

What moderators cannot do

Purchases, account recovery, sanction appeals and serious disputes are handled by the support team, not by moderators. Go to the support page
