A moderator can
- answer your questions about the game, its rules and its modes;
- moderate the forum and the Clubs;
- point you to the right page, or to the support team.
Everything else goes to support
- Purchases, account recovery, sanction appeals and serious disputes are handled by the support team, not by moderators.
- To report a player, use the in-game report button, or the support form with proof (screenshots, names, dates).
